The foundation of the service rests on U Mobile’s network, giving Vibe Mobile customers access to nationwide 5G coverage and one of Malaysia’s most extensive in-building coverage footprints, spanning commercial, residential, and lifestyle locations. On top of that connectivity layer, Vibe Mobile is building a broader ecosystem of rewards and experiences rather than sticking to a one-size-fits-all mobile plan.
They are shaping it around specific consumer interests, covering travelers who want seamless connectivity on the move, food enthusiasts after exclusive dining privileges, gamers looking for performance-focused digital experiences, and music and entertainment fans wanting broader access to content.
All of this is based on a loyalty system named Vibe Mobile Points, where customers can earn through their subscription and engagement with the platform to then spend for travel-related rewards through partnerships with travel and lifestyle brands.
The brand also said that they are going to expand the value of its plans, including generous data allocations, data rollover, and future options to convert unused data into rewards rather than letting it go to waste. The company is also exploring cyber and personal protection tools to give customers more peace of mind while managing their digital lives.
