vivo Malaysia has come out and gave its customers and fans temporary peace of mind regarding warranty expiration.
As the title says, vivo Malaysia is automatically extending warranties that expire during the EMCO / NRP period by 30 days due to the closure of service centers in compliance with the lockdown. However, as of the announcement, we assume that it fully covers all vivo products and not just smartphone-related but you can always get in contact with customer service through the 3 listed methods in case that it is not clear enough.
The last thing I need during EMCO is a broken device and thanks vivo Malaysia for doing this.
