vivo Malaysia has officially launched the Visual Creator Short Film Awards, encouraging every Malaysian creator to unleash their creativity through the use of their smartphone.
This contest runs until 24th October 2022, so if you’ve been interested in making short videos or films, don’t be shy and submit them to stand a chance to win prizes worth up to USD$7,000.
Follow the simple steps listed below to participate in this contest:
- Upload the video to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Include the following hashtags: #vivoVisualCreator #OurStoryRedefined, then tag an official vivo account (local or global vivo account).
- Submit the original video file together with the following details via email to [email protected] before 24th October 2022:
- Participant’s real name.
- Social media accounts, email addresses, and contact numbers.
- Country/Region of the participant.
- The background or story of the creation of the short film, and any other remarks or related content.
And here’s the list of the awards and prizes to be won:
Global Awards USD$7000 per winner: (1 winner for each award)
- the Best Film
- the Best Story
- the Best Editing
- the Best Photography
- the Best Creator
Regional Awards USD$3,000 per winner: (1 winner for each region)
- the Regional Best Film
Other Prizes for each Award winner:
- Awards certificate
- A latest vivo X series smartphone
- Professional comments from the jury
- Official exposure from vivo
