It follows a very similar design language to the OPPO F1s, but its specs are totally different. It has a 5.5-inch display with 1080p AMOLED display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset with an octa-core 2.0GHz processor and Adreno 506 graphics. Coupled with 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM, it’s actually pretty good. All these power are juiced up by a 3,010mAh battery.
As the camera is the biggest highlight of the OPPO R9s, it has a 16MP f/1.7 with PDAF technology for its rear-facing camera, and another 16MP camera for its front-facing camera too.
Being an OPPO smartphone, the R9s does support VOOC charging too, and OPPO claims that 5 minutes of charging time can give you 2 hours of talk time.
As for the price, the OPPO R9s retails for RM 1,798. That’s a lot lower than what I expected!
