This is what we presume the Samsung Galaxy S8 will look like. Of course, this is leaked by Evan Blass – a renowned man who leaks information about smartphones prior to their announcement dates. However, his track record has always been accurate thus far.
Evan Blass of evleaks tweeted this image out with the caption “I think this is what you’ve been waiting for“, and offered no other context. Just an image. There is no implicatio nthat this is definitely the Galaxy S8.

However, I have all the reason to believe that this is Samsung Galaxy S8. Take a look at this Facebook video by Samsung Mobile.
Now, some of you might have caught the smartphone outline that was displayed for a while before the video ended. I’m talking about this particular frame.
Seems familiar? Well, I think this is the proof I need to convince you that we already know what the Samsung Galaxy S8 will look like.
The two little arcs match up! I know that the render image and the silhouette image doesn’t overlap exactly, but we get an idea on how it will actually look like.
From what we know now, the Galaxy S8 will be having an edge-to-edge display with a supreme screen-to-body ratio. You know, that ratio where it tells you how much of the phone’s real estate is actually the screen itself.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is definitely a smartphone that pushes the boundary of screen-to-body ratio. I’m genuinely curious on what sort of other magic Samsung has in stores for us this time around. Only time will tell – near the end of the month, actually.
When March 29th 2017 arrives, we’ll have more details on the Samsung Galaxy S8. Stay tuned.
[UPDATE]: Video shows off the Galaxy S8
Out of nowhere, there’s a brand new video showing the Galaxy S8 😮
What’s funny is that little sticker at the back that says “Do not leak info”. Guess someone’s a little naughty, eh?
