This is the first time ever that I’ve seen a headphone made specifically for gamers. Not only for the audio that gamers need, but the features that gamers didn’t know they needed. These features include a fully customizable RGB lighting, swappable backlit speaker plates (!!) and programmable G-keys (!!!) through the Logitech Gaming Software. Also, use the aforementioned software to customize the audio settings and/or create your personal sound profile!
The G633 Artemis Spectrum features both Dolby and DTS Headphone:X surround options for gamers, and has Logitech’s proprietary Pro-G audio drives that they claim to have “audiophile-like performance”, providing “clean and accurate highs as well as a deep rich bass”. It even features a noise-cancelling, foldaway microphone!
One feature that raised my eyebrows to the ceiling though is the ability to connect one device to the Artemis Spectrum using USB, and another using analog input. Then, the G633 will mix both devices and play it to you.
Perfect feature for those who play MOBA and listens to my own music – now I can control them using my phone!
The Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum gaming headphone will be available in October at all authorized resellers, and has a price tag of RM599. Is it expensive? I think not!
