With the recent “stonks” move by OPPO to let go of all offline and local transactions of its Find X2 Pro 5G release, they further prioritize the movement by adding free face masks as a bonus when u buy their products.
While it is advised to only wear face masks if needed so that we can avert face mask shortage, it never hurts to have a few extra at home.
Starting today until the end of March, any purchases involving OPPO smartphones, Enco Free, and Enco Q1 will have 10 pieces of face mask bundled with the shipment as transactions are only applicable through the OPPO Official Online Store. We’re unsure if OPPO will extend this promotion as the MCO is also extended to until 14th April 2020.
According to their announcement, they prepared 1800 pieces to accommodate the lack of supply in the market right now due to the Movement Control Order containing the spread of COVID-19.
With the MCO being extended to April 14, I guess this offer sounds more like “buy face masks, get a smartphone for free” considering there’s probably less amount of face mask stocks than smartphones in Malaysia right now.
