Anker Malaysia just confirmed a local date for the soundcore AeroClip 2, its new open-ear earbuds that first debuted at IFA Berlin. They’ll officially launch in Malaysia on September 28, 2026, building on the clear-call reputation Anker established with its Liberty 5 Pro series, just now in an open-ear design meant for all-day comfort.

Despite using the open-ear form factor, the in-house THUS AI chip pairs with two bone-conduction sensors, or Voice Pickup Units, designed to pick up your voice more clearly even in noisy environments.

Other than that, they are positioning this new model as an upgrade to the open-ear experience itself by offering better comfort, improved sound quality, and smarter everyday features. It is also built to work smoothly across both Apple and Android devices, so switching between phones shouldn’t be a hassle.

For the Malaysian launch specifically, Anker’s also introducing a special Burgundy Red colorway designed to pair nicely with the new Burgundy iPhone 18, a nice touch for anyone wanting their gear to actually match.

If you want to grab one early, pre-orders open from September 24 to 27 via TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Shopee buyers will also get a Touch ‘n Go card thrown in with their pre-order while stocks last, and full pricing and feature details are set to drop alongside the official launch on September 28.
