Dell Malaysia has brought in the Pro Plus Earbuds (EB525) and it’s first attempt at producing TWS for the workforce, particularly those working in the hybrid space where reliable audio is mission-critical.
This entry comes with AI-powered microphones trained on over 500 million noise samples to filter out distractions with precision, while adaptive ANC and Enhanced Transparency Mode give users control over what they hear. Add in seamless multi-device connectivity, effortless touch controls, and compatibility with Dell laptops and docks, and you’ve got a pair that’s purpose-built for productivity.
One thing that they claimed to “1-up” their competitors is the inclusion of 4 ear tip sizes of XS + S + M + L, as well as being IP54-rated for dust and water resistance. The charging case can also serve as Dell’s wireless USB-C receiver, keeping connectivity simple for employees on the move.
Lastly, it is certified for Microsoft Teams Open Office and Zoom for seamless feature access and easy deployment, so that IT admins of large corporations can use a centralized dashboard to configure them, push firmware updates, and monitor deployments across teams.
