Garmin Malaysia has introduced its latest flagship golf smartwatch, the Approach S72, combining premium golf-focused features with advanced health and wellness tracking for everyday use.
Available in 43mm and 47mm sizes, the new Approach S72 features bright AMOLED displays, a lightweight ComfortFit fabric band, titanium bezel, and sapphire lens for all-day comfort and durability.
Built for golfers, it offers biometric tracking, including real-time heart rate monitoring, alongside on-wrist swing metrics such as hand speed, backswing length, and wrist rotation to provide data-driven insights into performance. It also offers up to 20 hours of battery life on the course and 16 days in smartwatch mode for extended use between charges.
On top of that, the Approach S72 introduces a range of golf-focused tools, including green reading with contour data, driving range activity tracking, putting analytics, and aerial imagery for better shot planning. With a Garmin Golf Membership, golfers can access additional green contour details, including putt break direction and average slope percentage.
Beyond golf, the smartwatch supports all-day health and fitness tracking with wrist-based heart rate monitoring, stress tracking, Body Battery, advanced sleep monitoring, and various activity profiles. Plus, it features a built-in flashlight with white and red light options, as well as a speaker and microphone for calls and voice commands, making it suitable for use both on and off the course.
Pricing and Availability
Available in Malaysia from 30 October, the new Garmin Approach S72 golf smartwatch is priced at RM3,599 for both the 43mm and 47mm models.
