HONOR has announced something interesting during the View40 smartphone keynote which is its reconnection of business partnerships with tech leaders.
Revealed by CEO George Zhao, he shows off the current state of the company such as close to 8,000 staff with 50% of them in the R&D department. The main highlight comes into play when he revealed the list of organizations joining hands with the brand, forming a business partnership.

Sure enough, this might be one of the biggest turns of HONOR ever since its full segregation from Huawei. With these industry tech leaders providing parts and technologies to HONOR, we could see some new hardware specs or software optimization make it into future HONOR devices, perhaps a truly balls-to-the-walls flagship device that could pit against the world’s very best.
