HP Malaysia just launched the brand new Experience Hub in partnership with one of Malaysia’s largest IT retailers, Thunder Match Technology (TMT).
As the title said, the new store is now in operation over at Pavilion Bukit Jalil with this year’s partnership being the 10th consecutive year between HP and TMT so it does make sense for both of them to create a new experience that caters to both offline and online patrons that is also hyperpersonal.
Although similar yet at a greater scale, the Experience Hub will be serving the broadest range of HP products from standalone systems like laptops and desktops to equipment like printers and peripherals. To help facilitate customers in picking the most suitable products, lots of hands-on demo units are available for testing on-site.
Spreading awareness and providing access to the latest technology is also one of the store’s main goals as visitors can get into things like AR and VR to play interactive games that provide exciting rewards. Virtual promoters are utilized for daily live streams where inquiries and information can be acquired online.
To wrap a complete and comfortable browse/shopping package, there’s also a small cafe corner for you to take a chill pill and lay back while the youngsters go around and do their own thing.
