Infinix Malaysia has officially showcased the new GT 50 Pro smartphone that focuses not only on gaming, but also on another indirect aspect, which is cooling, as the new HydroFlow liquid cooling system is made to keep performance stable during long gaming sessions
The thermal solution runs a micro-pump liquid cooling setup that directly targets heat-heavy components, and it’s paired with an external GT MagCharge Cooler 2.0 that provides battery bypass for direct chip power and lower general heat output. On the software side, it’s packed with gaming-focused features like a dedicated esports mode, AI optimisations, and support for native 144FPS in titles like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Free Fire, and Call of Duty: Mobile.
They’ve also added physical shoulder triggers with pressure sensitivity, giving you more precise control similar to a controller. These can be customised for different actions and even used outside gaming for shortcuts.
Outside of gaming, you still get a solid overall package – a 6.78-inch 1.5K display with up to 144Hz refresh rate, very high brightness, Dolby Atmos audio, and a camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor.
