I received some great news today regarding their Lenovo CNY2017 promotions. This news are obviously beneficial for us consumers, and that’s why I’m eager to share it with you all.
This is a big list of promotions hosted by Lenovo, so I understand that reading all of them are a bit of a hassle. Here’s a quick summary – buying the Lenovo Miix 510, Yoga Book, Phab 2 Pro will get you shopping vouchers. The #KamKaiPoHei campaign has 3 challenges – but the Tongue Twister Challenge does not require any purchase, and you can still get a chance to win a new Lenovo A6600 Plus smartphone!

Firstly, it’s the Lenovo Miix 510. This is a 12-inch 1080p touch screen display, detachable 2-in-1 Windows 10-based device. Comes with up to an Intel Core i7 and 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. In terms of ergonomic, a 170° angle adjustment and weighing at just 880 grams, it can be a pretty portable device. Lenovo even claims it has up to 7.5 hours of battery life too.
The most basic model of the Lenovo Miix 510 is priced at RM 2,649, and Lenovo is giving you shopping vouchers when you purchase the Lenovo Miix 510 from selected Lenovo Exclusive Stores. Only valid for this Lenovo CNY2017 promotion!
Then comes the Yoga Book. It’s a unique little device that words can’t really describe what it can do. This magical 10.1-inch device is best told through a video.
With its lightweight 690 gram and up to 12 hours of battery life, the Yoga Book comes at a rather low price of RM 2,699 too. Comes in two different variants and a few colors too – as the Android version comes in Carbon Black, Champagne Gold, and Gunmetal Grey; while the Windows variant comes in only Carbon Black.

#KamKaiPoHei Campaign
Kam Kai Po Hei is a Cantonese slang that roughly translates to “Golden Rooster is here, announcing the auspicious news to kickstart the Lunar New Year”. Lenovo is launching this campaign as a part of the entire Lenovo CNY2017 promotion, as a way to thank and reward their customers.
Starting from now until 5th February, every purchase of either the Lenovo P2, Lenovo K6 Note, Lenovo K6 Power, Lenovo A6600 Plus, Moto Z, Moto Z Play, or Moto M, will get you a chance to win great prizes – and the grand prize is a 40-inch LED HDTV!
Of course, there are other prizes too, such as a washing machine, refrigerator, and a soundbar system. There’s also a daily hamper prize worth RM199 and instant shopping vouchers gifted instantly. Moreover, merchandise such as Skullcandy earphones, memory cards, Nut trackers, and more are redeemable at the store.
However, there’s a catch. The #KamKaiPohHei campaign has 3 separate parts: Shop & Win Contest, Yuen Bao Golden Egg Lucky Draw, and Tongue Twister Challenge. Here are the details of each of them.

Tongue Twister Challenge
- 10 winners will each walk away with a brand new Lenovo A6600 Plus smartphone worth RM479! No purchase is needed to enter this challenge, all participants will need to do is:
- Record a video of themselves reciting either one of the tongue twister phrases below
- (In English) “Get a super golden rooster booster this Chinese New Year when the chooser chooses to participate in the Lenovo promo like a pro!”
