Smart kid gadget brand myFirst has officially released the new Insta magiBox voice-powered AI creative printer for Malaysia.
Kids rarely run out of ideas, but they often run out of drawing or writing skills long before the ideas stop coming. So what do you do? Let smart tech help them out – Voice-to-Image turns it into an illustration, while Voice-to-Story builds it into a connected four-scene illustrated story.
There are six art styles to pick from, including anime, cartoon, line art, ink splash, pencil art, and doodle, and a 2.8-inch screen lets kids preview their creations. Then comes the hands-on part: ink-free thermal printing turns the result into a black-and-white page to colour, decorate, retell, display, or hand to someone special. It comes in Aqua Blue and Blossom Pink.
Revealed at the ‘The Magic Begins’ event, there are other products that joined it for year-end gifting. ViewTalkie is a face-to-face walkie-talkie with a two-inch screen that connects device to device with no internet, so kids can share drawings and funny faces without owning a phone. It reaches up to 500 meters for voice and 400 meters for video in open areas, with seven face stickers and three voice effects, and each bundle includes two units. CareSip is a fingerprint-locked bottle that registers up to 20 approved fingerprints, logs every lid opening so parents can see drinking habits in the myFirst Circle app, and restricts access to hot drinks, with up to six weeks of battery life.
On the wearable side, Fone M2 is a streamlined 4G smartwatch with a 1.32-inch AMOLED display, a front camera, voice and video calls, GPS and Wi-Fi location tracking, SOS, and Class Mode for lessons. Watch F1 focuses on wellbeing instead, tracking activity, heart rate, and sleep, with a 1.85-inch touchscreen, more than 100 sports modes, 10 built-in games, IP68 protection, and up to five days of battery life. Sketch Play 4 is a pocket-sized, ink-free four-inch colour LCD sketch board that weighs 61g, and Camera Play Plus offers an ad-free, enclosed digital space with dual cameras, a 3.97-inch screen, songs, bedtime stories, games, and parent-set time limits.
