Neffos – the smartphone brand by TP-Link, is a brand that focuses on budget smartphones. Now, Neffos introduces a brand new smartphone that’s in their C-series of smartphones – the Neffos C5s.
For the chipset, the Neffos C5s has a MediaTek MT6737M chipset with 4x Cortex-A53 quad-core processor with 1.1GHz, paired with ARM Mali-T720 MP1 graphics. It has 1GB of RAM with 8GB of storage.
In terms of battery, it has a 2,340mAh battery. Funny enough, it has a rear-facing speaker too. Didn’t see those for quite some time already.
The Neffos C5s is considerd an entry-level smartphone with these specs. As for the price, expect it to be even lower than the C7 that we reviewed here. Perhaps an even cheaper alternative of the recently-launched entry-level smartphone? If that’s the case, I do expect the Neffos C5s to be priced at around RM199 only.
