OnePlus Malaysia has announced they are bringing in the OnePlus Buds Z TWS alongside a music collaboration with popular local rapper Hullera.
On paper, the latest Oneplus TWS packs a 10mm dynamic driver known for great booming bass with the Dynamic 3D Stereo by Dolby Atmos feature to provide you spatial and directional sounds that can be pretty useful in certain contexts such as movies or games. OnePlus claims that one full charge will run the earbuds up to 20 hours of playback time or a short 10 minutes top-up will offer at least 3 hours of uptime.
It also has dual microphones and ambient noise reduction feature is pretty much the same as the others and has become a necessity for TWS nowadays. As a side touch, the IP55 rating will protect it against water and sweat that even sporty people can consider picking one up as well.
For fellow OnePlus smartphone users, the Quick Connect feature will immediately initiate a connection between the earbuds and the phone the moment the Buds Z’s case gets opened to minimize waiting time while the Quick Switch function is easily accessible through a simple double-tap gesture.
Pricing and Availability
The OnePlus Buds Z will be made available during December 12 which is the last monthly sales for this year at RM229 but you can get RM30 off by placing your preorder starting today until December 11. Here is the link to the product page and all you need to do is to place a 10% down payment for your purchase while clearing up the rest when the midnight clock on December 12 strikes.
But hold on a second – isn’t this extremely similar to the Huawei FreeBuds 3i and also the HONOR Magic Earbuds? With such a similar design, I won’t be surprised if they’re actually from the same OEM.
