We just got news stating that Philips released a brand new over-ear wireless headphone with active noise-cancellation too. It is called the Philips TAPH805. And we truly didn’t expect Philips to release a headphone, honestly.
The new Philips TAPH805 comes with a total of 4 ECM microphones, two feedback microphones located inside the earcup and two feedforward microphones outside the earcup. Those earcups are also made out of soft memory foam.
The brand new Philips TAPH805 boasts quite a lot of impressive specs other than just having ANC. Philips paid extra attention to the battery life and claims that the TAPH805 can last for up to 30 hours of play or talk time with a single charge. It also has rapid charging where we can get 2 hours of play time with 5 minutes of charging, and quick charging where we can get 6 hours of play time with 15 minutes of charging.
The new Philips TAPH805 is also packed with large 40mm neodymium acoustic drivers, certified for Hi-Res Audio, and also has built-in voice assistant support.
In terms of ergonomics, the Philips TAPH805 folds into a compact footprint so that it can be kept in a hardshell case.
The Philips TAPH805 wireless headphone with noise-cancellation is priced officially at RM999 and it is available at these stores. For the first 100 customers at any of these stores, the Philips TAPH805 is available at a promotional price of RM699 only!
