I’m sure some of the old readers here are from the great era of flip phones. The style points back then are just spot on. I’m not sure whether this is the renaissance Samsung is trying to bring back via the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip portfolio, but at least the devices are doing a great job so let’s find out what’s new in the Galaxy Z Flip4 5G.
The core idea of the device still doesn’t change as it basically just a candy bar-style smartphone that can be folded vertically to make it twice as compact. With multiple colors and accessories to keep the customization game going, the Galaxy Z Flip4 5G is made for those who just want a little bit more extra style points without deviating from the conventional smartphone experience.
But of course, there are some nice features to make it unique as well. For one, the FlexCam is what allows the device to take pictures at an angle not achievable by standard means. And on top of that, upgraded hardware means better overall performance for daily driving.
The best thing to mention is the large feature expansion given to the cover screen as you may now check notifications and reply on the spot, not to mention getting to the quick settings panel in an instant. Heck, you can even control all your smart home appliances via the SmartThings app.
To touch on the unique personalization thing, the Bespoke Edition aimed just for that provides a lot more colors and pairings are non-existent by default – you can pick whatever 2 colors you like and match them as you desire. And the Bespoke Edition Galaxy Z Flip4 5G is available on launch.
