    • Ultrawide angle: 8MP f/2.2
    • Main: 48MP f/1.8

The Vivo V17 Pro is actually quite a sleek device. It has a rather pleasing aesthetic behind as it is clean and does not have any fancy frills and reflections. It’s a rather fresh breath of air, honestly.

We’re also seeing a lot of smartphones with macro cameras nowadays as the 4th camera. Perhaps it might be useful for taking really close up shots of the macro life – ants, worms, or any bugs in general.

For me, I think the inclusion of an ultrawide angle camera for selfie is a good one. We’re constantly having issues aligning selfies with our friends by using the usual normal selfie cameras, so having an ultrawide angle is technically somewhat cheating since we do not have to align the shot that much.

Moreover, the Vivo V17 Pro is the world’s first smartphone to ever have a dual motorized selfie camera. This design is rather fancy and requires a lot of space. Vivo housed the earpiece, the two cameras, and also a selfie softlight in this motorized compartment.

I wonder if Vivo had to use a more powerful servo motor to deal with the weight – but nonetheless, it’s astonishing to see a product that you can buy that has two motorized selfie cameras.

The Vivo V17 Pro is available in two colors – Knight Black and Crystal White. Once again, it’s priced at RM1,699.

Also, one thing to note here – the Malaysian version of the Vivo V17 Pro does not come with a telephoto camera. This differs from what we’ve seen on the Indian version of the V17 Pro, so don’t be confused by that.
