Xiaomi Malaysia has launched a slew of AIoT products last week to offer Malaysians the latest affordable and feature-packed devices. Let’s briefly go through the new stuff.
First, we have the Redmi Watch 5 Active which is kind of “unique” here because apparently, it has noise cancellation so that you can engage clear calls through it.
Featuring a vibrant 1.6-inch AMOLED display, built-in GPS, 5 ATM water resistance up to 50 meters, it offers up to up to 18 days of battery life. Stay on top of your schedule, manage tasks, and receive reminders with Xiaomi HyperOS, while built-in Alexa ensures easy control.
Or if you prefer a slightly different one, then you can look at the Redmi Watch 5 Lite. Most of the features are identical to the former so perhaps just pick the one you deemed “the better deal”.
We insert an interception here to talk about the Xiaomi Buds 5 that comes in this sleek and premium design in both the earbuds and case.
Inside the earbuds are a pair of 11mm dual-magnet drivers certified with Harman AudioEFX tuning and support Qualcomm aptX Lossless technology as well as the “gold sticker” Hi-Res Audio for clear and immersive sound.
It also has a wide-range ANC, loads of customization options, and AI adaptive settings to serve you better music and calls at all times.
Welcome back to smart wearables again with the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 standing here as a very simple offering. The 233mAh battery can provide up to 21 days of standard use and it has more than 150 sports modes to get your fitness progress tracked.
Lastly just a quick update for Xiaomi Watch 2, it has received some software update that includes 10 new watch faces with Pet Park support that motivates users to stay active by rewarding steps that help “nurture” a virtual pet on their watch. Users can watch their pets grow and evolve through different stages based on their daily activities.
