On today’s note of some rather unconventional news, there’s an all new large format printer by HP! It’s the all new PageWide XL 8000!
It prints both monochrome and colour together at 60% faster than the fastest monochromatic LED printer! This will enable much faster printing and of course, speeding up some income. It can also print 30 prints of D/A1-size per minute and two 775 milliliter ink cartridges per color with automatic switching and up to six rolls! That’s 1,200 meters!
HP also announced some other accessories for the HP PageWide XL Printers, such as the PageWide Online Folder, top stacker and high-capacity stacker. HP also announced the SmartStream software for all the PageWide XL Printers to reduce time spent preparing and pressing jobs too by reducing the reprints with native PDF management and offers a true colour print preview with HP Crystal Preview through the Adobe PDF Print Engine 3.
Since everything is online now, obviously the PageWide XL communicates with the cloud.
The HP PageWide XL 8000 will be available in September 2015 and sold by two authorized resellers – COMPEDO Media Supplies and Repair Sdn Bhd for central and southern region, whereas Koniway Sdn Bhd will handle the northern region.
