HONOR Malaysia has announced that the View20 is now more affordable than ever, coming in with a price of RM1,799 only. How does this work? HONOR Malaysia is calling it an immediate cashback. In a way, this is indeed a permanent price cut.
Starting from today onward, you can head on to HONOR Malaysia’s store and get the HONOR View20. Both RAM/storage configurations of the HONOR View20 will now receive an immediate cashback. The new prices are:
- 6GB RAM + 128GB storage: RM200 cashback. New price @ RM1,799
- Available in Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage: RM300 cashback. New price @ RM2,199
- Available in Phantom Blue
We have to reiterate again that the HONOR View20 is their first ever smartphone in the market that has a 48MP camera sensor and software that takes advantage of its prowess.
We traveled to Paris with the HONOR View20 only and we were surprised by how beautiful the pictures turned out to be. Thanks to the Sony IMX586 sensor, it can take night pictures with high fidelity by combining 4 pixels into one. Under bright daylight, the new 48MP AI Ultra Clarity mode is able to take even more beautiful pictures via handheld. It preserves details and accentuates the colors while combining a bit of HDR into the mix.
Of course when it comes to performance, the HONOR View20 is equipped with the latest Kirin 980 chipset. This same chipset is also used on the new Huawei P30 and P30 Pro as well.
It can play the latest games with zero issues. Equipped with its 4,000mAh battery, the phone can last you through a day without a sweat if you are frugal enough. Else, you can charge it with the 22.5 Super Charge charger, it can juice up the phone to 50% at just 18 minutes.

With the new price that starts from RM1,799, I think the HONOR View20 is at a very competitive price point now.
